"Le Clipper" restaurant
Fine dining. In a sumptuous setting, the Chef and his team offer you magnificent local produce and fish from the Atlantic. The seafood buffet, a house speciality, is served every Friday evening and Sunday lunchtime and is to be enjoyed without moderation. A la carte organic dishes are also available.

"Fleur de Sel" restaurant
The Fleur de Sel restaurant, now serving a new menu, is known for the delicious buffets of starters and desserts prepared by the Chef and his team. You will find plenty of appetising dishes to choose from in this soothing setting. From time to time, while admiring the beautiful view over the salt marshes, you may be pleasantly distracted by a passing swan, or a heron or egret in flight.
